In the heart of the Ponente hills, created from the passion of those who lovingly work their precious land, come Cià Già products, marked by the flavour of the Taggiasca olive. The farm uses mechanical production process, organic instead of chemical fertilisation, and brush cutting without the use of herbicides.
The waste derived from pruning is ground and returned to the soil to provide the tree with a complete fertilisation using its very own substances.
