The restoration of ancient olive groves in the Imperia hinterland in 2005 marked the beginning of business for the del Rundò olive mill. A careful selection of the best olives, exclusively from the company’s own plantations, is pressed to extract a precious and superior quality extra-virgin olive oil, which heightens the sweet, fruity and at the same time intoxicating and delicate flavour of the olive, with its characteristic hints of almond and pine nut.
