In Trucco – a small village in Val Roya situated in the Ventimiglia hinterland – the Gaziello family has been producing olive oil since the early 20th century in its water-powered olive mill, using millstones and wooden presses. That century-old tradition, the careful selection of olives, and avant-garde technology, today give rise to the production of Gaziello extra-virgin olive oil.
