Ardissone Nicolò is an olive farm that cultivates about 2,500 age-old olive trees, all of the Taggiasca variety. In late spring, when the olive harvest is over, the company devotes itself to growing vegetables, peppers, aubergines, courgettes and tomatoes, which thrive in our soil, to then carefully transform them into delicious preserves in oil, using only its own Taggiasca extra-virgin olive oil to heighten their natural flavours.
