Today, the A Resta farming cooperative works to spread Vessalico Garlic and its characteristics beyond the area where it originates and is best known, sought-after and respected. Also to those who may have never tasted it, nor had the chance to visit Vessalico on 2 July during its traditional festival. All this thanks to Slow Food, which has recognised the product’s indisputable qualities.
