In the small village of Diano Borello, the restaurant is situated in a restored 19th century house used as an olive mill, shop and bakery. Ligurian hinterland cuisine is celebrated in all of its simplicity, but with painstaking attention to ingredients.
Open daily except for Tuesday. Lunch from noon to 3.00 pm on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Dinner from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm.
