Restaurant and inn situated inside a converted 18th century olive mill. It has three rooms in stone and wood, still furnished with the old millstones and wooden press, with a panoramic terrace overlooking the lake.
The menu offers tasty dishes made with Taggiasca extra-virgin olive oil and traditional Ligurian recipes, game, snails, frogs, mushrooms and seasonal fruit and vegetables.
