The restaurant’s original name goes back to its first owner, who came from the old part of the town, called "Pigna". Since the first generation, it has become a place where the various characteristics of the Ligurian hinterland come together.
And still today, the restaurant’s third generation takes inspiration from Ligurian cuisine and its reinterpretation in preparing its menu.
