The restaurant belonging to Andrea and Alessandra Sarri stands in the area of Borgo Prino, a fishing village with pastel coloured houses lining the seafront.
A real temple of taste and of the senses in general. Starting with the scents of the sea from the daily catch brought to the shore by local fishermen, to the flavours of the land, provided by the family farm, the Taggiasca olives grown by local producers – from which the extra-virgin olive mosto is obtained– right down to the aromas of the bread, again "made in Sarri".
